About myself

I am a psychologist, mindfulness teacher, cognitive and behavioral psychotherapy practitioner. In consulting, the most important thing for me is to establish a close and genuine relationship with clients. I believe that each of us has more resources than weaknesses. My job is to help clients spot those resources and learn how to use them. Even the most hopeless situation can become an experience that grows us.

What led you to become a psychologist?

At first it was a desire to know myself better and life experiences that showed me that I can change. And now it's a desire to contribute by helping others do the same.

What book should everyone read? Why?

Edith Eger's book "The choice". This is a book which, teaches you to distinguish chaff from grain, sifts out what is important in life and what is not. From the author's extraordinary life story, we can learn the inner strength to survive, the ability to let go and deep self-knowledge.

What is your motto?

Try not to become a man of success but a man of value – Albert Einstein
