Hello! I'm Kotryna, a psychologist originally from Lithuania, now based in Germany since 2016. With extensive experience here, I specialize in crisis and trauma, anxiety, relationships, and stress management. Currently, my professional activity includes counseling to refugees dealing with mental health issues and trauma and offer online counseling to expats and Lithuanians worldwide. Understanding the complexities of cross-cultural experiences and the unique pressures of living away from home allows me to offer empathetic and effective support to my clients.

Inspirations for becoming a psychologist

My entry into the realm of psychology was a result of happenstance. Yet as my educational journey unfolded, I discovered a profound alignment with my true purpose. Immersing myself in my studies, I uncovered a fascination for human psychology. This academic exploration also led to personal growth, self-discovery, and a newfound sense of purpose.
